That's because Lightworks does not support the format written by the Titler with alpha channel properly, i.e.

If you have an animated title, export a movie file, and convert it with third party software to a well supported format, prior to import.
If you have a static, not animated title, export it as PNG image and import the image in Lightworks.Ģ.

When using the Titler standalone, you want to export rendered media files for import with Lightworks.
